Get an estimate

The first step is to get an estimate surface area you need and the pattern (faux-teak line/ Plane or custom lines).

Create the 2D design

Then, we send a technician to your place to take the templates and bring them to our workshop to digitalize them. We create the 2D design, desired pattern as well as logo design if needed.

Machining and installation

We craft the product to the perfection with our specialized CNC machine. Once ready, we come back for the installation.

Does it get really hot with the sunlight?

Depending on the colour chosen, the product will get warm with sunlight, but nothing compared to real wooden or PVC flooring.

What maintenance is required?

To ensure a maximum longevity of the product, it is recommended to keep it away from the sun when the boat is not in use and do a thorough clean-up every year.

What work is required on my boat to install the product?

Novadek can be installed on current anti skid floor, therefore no additional work is necessary. We will make sure the surface is free from dirt and grease before the installation.

What happen if I need to replace a pad?

It's very easy. Because the product is manufactured in Mauritius and we save every boat desin, we can produce replacement pads at anytime.

Is it difficult to clean ?

No, Novadek is made of closed cell EVA foam, therefore any stain can be removed with soap and a sponge.

Can I engrave a logo or get a custom layout instead of teak lines?

Be creative! You can ask for a custom pattern or engrave a logo. We can work together to create the design that will be the most adapted to your needs.
